Great work. Can only second sunv123.  &apls

Like the way you get the details in the windows to show.
What width do you use on the mullions in the windows ?

How do you make all the greenery ? What sort of technique do you use ?

Provo, a city apart Updated July 4.

vester

Looks like a good start.

Would love to hear how you model.

I guess you do poly-modelling. Guess you are connection edges and detaching polygons for windows.

sunv123 Thank you, I do love the look of the black-brick spandrels. :D

vester- Yes, I am poly modeling. My modeling is close to Darn42 on ST, he has a thread on Simtropolis. I do have some videos on Youtube on how I model. My account is Zwisk100. :D

You can look at many  videos on poly modeling and it can help you a lot.

Back to the Window question. My window mullions can be a small as 0.02m to 0.1m depending on the look of the windows on real life.

NYBT Townsley

Another update, next update I will show the back the building, so you can see the work on that side of the building. :)

I'm sure this will be a fine building, Aaron.  Even before the textures are added, the architecture of the building seems quite sound.
