Girafe- Thank you, but this building may not hit the LEX, my buildings have the over hang, the canopies, they go  outside the lot boundaries, that's why they will never hit the LEX. making them as props will not work, because of the slopes. Sorry to say that. The tenement apartments can and row houses can make it to the LEX.

Worthington Apartments

Here's another update, I haven't done much to the building but fix a few thing here and there, so things got me stuck, but I got past it. Right not I'm slowly working on the top of the building, the penthouse, Right Now it's just a box, What I did is use the cut tool on the top part of the building, to let you guys know each floor of the building is one object except the first three floors and the top of the building before you get the the penthouse.

Worthington Apartments

Here's another update on the Worthington Apartments, I have added the water tower and the details to the penthouse, I have to do back do to the ground floor and add more doors, ect.

NYBT 200 East 15th Street/ 135 3rd Avenue

This is a new bat for you guys, I hope you like it, it's the same architecture style as 605 Park , 41 Park and Johnson Apartments. The buildings address is 200 East 15th Street, and the other address is also know as 135 3rd Avenue, I like 135 3rd Avenue address better because one the building is facing the 3 Avenue, but the entrance to the apartments is facing 15 Street. So I may Nam is NYBT 135 3rd Avenue.
