it looks alright in the teasers but how will it look in game...

if in game works good then keep as is... other wise a tweak to a smaller size -but only if in game isn't ideal

anyway my thoughts for consideration

Here's another update, as you can see the back of the building has a basement like the last building I uploaded the 32-48 30th Street.

Here's another update on the building, I have added the details to the roof access building, and I have move the windows around according to the floor plan.

I love all the green you have packed onto Dover House. Have you (or girafe) ever thought of putting together a tutorial for making flora like that in 3ds so some of us lousy BATers can pick up some tricks?

epicblunder- Thank you, I have not thought about making a tutorial on making flora, I think Girafe should do it he's the master at it.

Dover House

This should be the last render for the day of all the versions of the Dover House. Next render should be the night renders of the Dover House, all I have to do is change the night lights in the windows and I will be exporting.

I want to know who want to test the building before the release of the building, you will have to test it in the game to see if it will grow.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you may very well be one of the best batters active right now!! Your work is outstanding and I love the fact that you do four versions of most models now.

I love the variation in the rooftops on that building. You could get two of them growing right next to each other and have to do a double take to make sure they're really the same building. That is beautiful and really well done!

rooker1- Thank you, I try my best to be the odd ball, that's why I make the apartment buildings, something most batters do not do. Some forget about the residential areas, how do you think people is going to living in your city without a proper amount of urban residential buildings.
