Great start rebuilding New York! The buildings and roads look very nice, especially the plazas and broad avenues.

I would recommend downloading GIMP for "photo-shopping" work, it's a free and open source program that's relatively easy to learn to use and features powerful tools. I had almost no experience with that type of software when I started my MD and have been very happy with my results since then.

Somy's oil rig are really nicely set in scene. Also the water color gives a plus.
