Question about BSC No Maxis Buildings ....

I downloaded several residential and commercial lots some of which are growables but since I installed the BSC No Maxis Buildings nothing will grow.  Does the BSC No Maxis Buildings prevent every growable from growing?

It only stops Maxis buildings, BUT in order to use it effectively you must be SURE that you have custom growables that fill all the needs for the stages that the maxis lots fulfilled.. especially the LOW stages which most people don't bother to download until they find they have a problem.. but if low stages won't grow, then the cities can't develop
