I said boxy because I have the feeling that on the wall you have only one texture and maybe you could extrude a little bit more the garage's doors - more globally giving bump like you did for windows and that add this small + to the BAT.

In another part, your wall textures are really well done :)

Updated the bat a little:

Added some details to the doors and added windows sills to the windows.

Looking great! Although, in the brick version, i would make the roof black (or close to darker colors) to avoid it looking to red and monotonous. I don't know if i make myself clear... maybe i'm just to picky  ::)
