I was wondering if anyone was interested in making some eye-candy-only TELs like this...

(The thing is I don't even have the time to play SC4 and haven't put it on for about a year and half - but when I do have time to get back into it, I would love to use these!)

Here's a diagram of what I'd like to see:

The grey parts would preferrably be streets (not roads, although alternatives could be made), while the pale yellow parts are terraced residential townhouse buildings. I'd like to see these mostly to blend in seemlessly with the same buildings used for some of the higher-wealth Inner London multi-storey townhouse BATs that already exist (the kind seen in the West End - Chelsea, Pimlico, Knightsbridge, etc.) but I can't find pictures of the existing BATs to show the examples.

The TELs could be extended from those above to 11 x 8 tiles so that the residential pseudo-Lots/Buildings within the TEL each have the matching gardens/whatever behind, to also blend seamlessly in with the existing BATs.

This is a real-world example of what I'd like to see created here...
