I really ought to be commenting more on things here as it's all so well done. I do however have to comment on the "industrial sector" in saying somehow you managed to make it green, leafy, and still fit right in with everything else. It looks like the industries were set up to aid in farm development, and nice setup for it too by the way. I was wondering how an indsutrial "sector" would factor into TaTT. Nice work.

Another fantastic update my friend.  Your rural farming areas never seize to amaze me or anyone else, obvious by the comments.  The circular shaped pictures is a very nice touch as well.  After our MSN conversation, I was really looking forward to lots of industrial pics, maybe they are coming in the next update? please.....pretty please.  I would love to see Derry's views on an Industrial area.

Robin

Battlecat

Great job!  That industrial area fits in quite nicely!

Once again thank you all for some great comments.
Sorry I can't reply to each one personally but running short of time this evening
and am posting on the go.

But Don't worry I do have a few pics for you :D

Tonight we get away from all the hustle and  bustle of the Shenstone's industry and
back to a more rural setting. (Sorry Robin ;))

As I say sorry about the shorter update  ;)
Thanks for dropping by  ;D

till the next time

No worries about the smaller update, it's still coming along beautifully!  You've got a really great eye for rural composition!

Jmouse

Derry, every update you post is a special treat, regardless of its size! And this one is just lovely - you create such beautiful rural scenes. I especially like the shoreline in 4b and the farms in 4d. And I remain in awe of the level of detail you achieve.

Very nice Derry!  I enjoyed yesterday's update although I didn't get a chance until now to say so.  I particularly liked the second and fourth pictures.  The overview you've just posted is much appreciated... I was hoping there would be one eventually and sure enough, there it is!  ;)

Let me know if you start running out of tea and I'll send some more over.  (I can ship directly... no need to involve Matt this time unless you would prefer to)  :D

Nice animation!  This tile is coming together very nicely!

One odd thing I did notice was a farm near the left bridge being completely replaced by trees.  Other than that, I didn't see anything.  Although there is a lot going on from each frame!

Nardo69

Nice Updates. And boy, what an industrial wasteland  :D

Gee, I get green of envie when I see your shores, I am working on my riverbanks for months and still don't like them.   :'( But you seem to have an interesting method of planting deciduous forrest ...  ;) :D

The smooth grey street curve reminds me to use them eventually, too. First I didn't find them now it seems I forget that they are there.  ::)

Take care my friend and enjoy some nice cuppa!

Bernhard

Wonderful animation.  &apls  I can't wait to see what goes on the island in the middle.  I didn't spot anything odd, so I'll have to watch it a bit more.  :D

Nice little animation Derry. I didn't see the farm being replaced by trees that Battlecat mentioned, but I did notice the terrain mod keeps changing its textures. I'd noticed it do that before, especially when I'm building nearby, but it's interesting to see it do that over time across the map. I recall, maybe in a post by Adam (Ennedi), about something to do with seasonality. Perhaps it's something similar to what the snow mod does. Not sure though, or if that was even what you were referring to. Good progress pic though.
