The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

After Simtropolis upgraded to v7, it appears that the {RMIP SAE vol. 2} entry on the STEX is now non-existent. {Here is a topic on ST talking about the issue}. I was wondering if it would be possible to reupload the RMIP onto the LEX and/or STEX, so that new Simcity players could continue to enjoy this wonderful and useful download?  ;D

Thanks yunxiang for letting me know, I'll be re-uploading shortly.

After the STEX/ST Forum changes earlier this year, Vol. 2 was still an active file (I even updated the Catalog here with the new URL). Not sure why it would have been removed since then.

It was still there after the update. I know because I downloaded it. It and several other files (the NAM) dissapeared around the same time the constant outages started happening.
