I was wondering what determines how landmarks (for instance) are organized within the game. Is there a specific value that is editable using Reader that impacts the ordering of the custom content I have installed?

Hi SeanSC4

A property called    item order

EX: SimGoober's Mitchel Building has 0x00000023 and Ripplejet's Census Repository has 0x00000001

Good Luck

Great! Thanks for the timely reply. It looks like I have a whole bunch of landmarks that are ordered 0x00000000 unfortunately but it's great to see that I can have some control over their placement if I choose to edit them.

When the order is the same, then the item is listed by plop cost.  Also, you can make these values negative (ex, 0xFFFFFFFF) and they will appear before the Maxis Lots.

Another question how do you correct the menu placement? I have some airport items in my train menu and want to move them into airport menu
