@vortext: Yes, autumn is here, thanks a lot!

Finally I can present Kirroughtree House Hotel which is the BAT which I already finished before the break. It was hard to find good pictures from the building so I had to improvise a little bit. But I think the result is nevertheless presentable.
Kirroughtree House was built in 1719 as a country mansion. It was originally owned by a family whose roots can be traced back to ancestors who fought on the side of Robert the Bruce to get back Galloway from the English. Poet Robert Burns paid several visits to Kirroughtree House. He was a friend of the owners.

Kirroughtree House belongs to a hotel chain and serves as country house hotel. It's situated east of Newton Stewart.

Congrats on OSITM.
The hotel looks great.
Maybe the roof at the entrance should have the same color like the other roofs, but I'm not sure.

Congratulations on another well-deserved OSITM Theresa  &dance

The hotel and surroundings look excellent and your nature scenes are beautiful as always. I'm looking forward to the month here very much!

Congratulations on OSITM, Theresa!   The hotel is nicely done, and the trees in the surrounding area are placed well.

Third time OSITM!  &apls &apls &apls

The hotel is very nicely modeled but imho the wall textures seem too white and/or lack relief. The nightlights are gorgeous though!

Took me a while to go through this update; there's more to it than meets the eye. Very good!

@girafe: Thanks so much! This nice comment from you means a lot to me!
@nbvc: Thanks very much! As I already said, I didn't have many pictures of this building. But on those I had it seemed to be a white roof. But you're right as this was my thought as well when I first saw the building in the game. As rendering lasts pretty long for this building I passed on without changing the color of the roof.
@noah, metarvo, sunv: Thanks a lot for your kind comments!
@vortext: Thanks very much! As the walls of the hotel seemed to be recently painted on the pictures I decided to transfer this impression to the BAT. I guess that's a matter of taste.
@art, kelis, Willy: Thank you so much for your kind comments!

Thanks so much for this 3rd invitation to OSITM!

I hope I'll be able to create some nice impressions within the birthday month. I'm still working on the next update. But I'm off from work this week and I'm really looking forward to play around in SC4. The weather is pretty unsettled and so the circumstances are perfect to settle back on the sofa with a nice cup of tea in the hand and some pretty good ideas in mind which just wait to be realized! I already have some BATs but I'm still working on some more. For the time being I have these two little snapshots for you!
