Essentially there is a hotel being built in an old quarry outside shanghai, and it costs more than a F-22 raptor or a mid aged cruise ship, but it is 10 times cooler.

I'm thinking we can utilize this hotel outside of our cities, maybe in the mountains. I would love to see this in simcity 4, as it would add greatly to the variety of structures in the game and break the monotony of always building up.
