Hey guys,
I want to make some speed limit signs into the game, and I need to use the 3RR Plopperizer for it, but I can't find it anywhere, including the 3RREX. Where is it?

The Three Rivers Region is 550 pages long so it took a while to track it down, the 3RR Plopperizer is a tutorial called "Turning a prop into a plop - A tutorial" otherwise known as the "3RR Plopperizer™ tutorial"

Its split into eleven parts, and this is the last one at number eleven
