how to make a lot just like jrj seawall underbridge

I found in JRJ Seawalls V4 jeronij , there are only sc4lot files in it.

Then I open JRJ  Seawall 1X Underbridge 2X V4.SC4Lot use loteditor, I found there are some props(maybe) in it, but I can't see it.
I then open it in reader, it has some differents from normal sc4lot file.

Can some one make some explanation of that lot.

I cannot be sure what you're seeing as I do not use the original lot editor by Maxis, but perhaps it boils down to dependencies.

All you're getting with the seawall download is the lot files and building exemplars, which don't themselves contain graphical information. You'll need the two dependencies, linked to on the download page, to see much at all on the lot in game...or in the editor.

It's also possible you think .SC4lot files should ONLY contain lot file exemplars. While generally you'll only find lot configuration files in SC4lot files, it doesn't matter what else is in there. As long as it's a file type that SC4 both reads and is properly formatted, it ends up being loaded and connected to the rest of the game's data.

And if neither of those are related to your query, I suck. Please give us more information to work with, such as A-B comparisons.

As HappyDays said, make sure you've installed the dependencies into the plugins folder as well.

You can either attach an image to the post, however, that's only visible to members. Therefor it's recommended you use an external host, like imgur or dropbox, and then embed the image using the img tags.

Now I have installed the depens, reopen it in loteditor, everything goes fine.
