It all comes to decisions from the author and personal tastes. Honestly there are things I like on both. For example the roof and glass is better on the beta, while the stone, the platforms and front roof is better on the final release. Then again, it's tastes and it changes from one person to the other.

There's also a bigger, re-lotted version on the LEX. To me the final version appears vastly better. Colors on the beta seem cartoonish though the road textures in front are interesting.
