Ahoy out there!  Even with the assistance of the Diagonal Bridge Enabler, I have not been able to construct the RHW bridges necessary to finish the double T-interchange.  What is a good terrain mod to use for that?

Tarkus

Terrain mods are terrain texture mods and affect the appearance of the terrain.  They won't help you with constructing an RHW bridge.

I think you may be referring to a slope mod instead, but the DBE itself includes a slope mod that is required for that package to work.  And in any case, the DBE does not actually support true RHW bridges, anyway.

Could you post some overview pics of the bridges you're trying to construct. Remember when that bridges work best when the slope on both sides is approximately level and you have to use either ground RHW, or the MHW tool to draw out your bridges. The RHW does in fact have bridges for the single tile wide networks, but you can't put bridges next to each other, so just keep thus in mind while building.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

APSMS:

The two screen captures are what I am trying to link together with bridges.  I have been able to rebuild the monorail bridge; still, the RHW is quite recalcitrant.

Looking at those screenshots, it appears the reason for the "recalcitrance" is because the setup you're trying to build isn't actually possible.

It's very important that you leave a one-tile gap between bridges. Currently it doesn't look like you have that between the inner -8S express lanes and the outer local lanes. (the RHW-6S and RHW-4). You will need to adjust your setup using the S-curve puzzle pieces in order to get this to work.

(Looks at the screen shots and baps himself) ... oh, I forgot to mention that the northbound 8S is on a 15 meter elevation while the southbound 8S is not.  I was in a rush to get that screen capture and did not realize that its looks were deceiving. I made certain to leave a tile between all of those networks; still, SC4 will not make a bridge when I drag the RHW across the bay.

Tarkus

Even if it would let you drag it, there's no bridge for an L2 RHW-8S (which would have to be MHW-based rather than RHW-based, anyway, due to the adjacent-tile limitation on bridges).

Also, it might be that with all the stuff you have going on, the game doesn't think the terrain is suitable for bridge building.  There are slopes right near where the bridge landings would be, and that's probably a large part of it.
