Installed "BSC Daeley Regional Tracking Mod", but he has not worked. Are there any other mod that integrate the economy of the entire region? It can have any ideas for this mod started to work?
I should GOG version SC4, Win 7 64 bit.

I understand from the readme, that the cities in the region must unite in a common system, and open city - should window appear with the data. I have nothing of the sort is happening. I want every city to develop the region as a whole, And not to develop RCI in every city completely, and to allow each city to devote to the development of something one.
