These are looking great, I've been following it along for a while, and have been awestruck all the while.  They look really cool next to each other like that.

As for the plant issue, you could just use some alpha mapped sphere's for those bushes,though I think it looks just fine without them.  Either that or have youy tried xreferencing them in?  I know your leaving them off of this model, but for future ones, it might be worth a try.

Fantastic! It reminds me of Torrevieja in Spain, where my grandmother lives 

If there were more W2W BATs of this kind I think I would download them and use them but now that there is nothing to mix them with, it will look too repetative 

So keep doing them, it's good stuff
