BSC parks v2. base set missing gazebo

Looking for some help with this park tile. its the end piece thats round and suppose to have a gazebo on it.  Ive downloaded and redownloaded the base set and all the dependency's twice and installed and uninstalled them three times to make sure.  I seen a post that someone else is having the same problem.  Someone listed the dependency's he needed and i double checked and made sure thats what ive been getting and its all correct. 

No matter what i cant seem to get this gazebo to show up.   theres not a box just the tile with the circle some flowers and the base.

The only thing i found that was odd was on the lex the link to one of the dependency's goes to a file on the stex that is a prop pack for taxi's.  I'm pretty sure this is a mistake cause doing a manual search for the correct dependency's by name brought it up on the lex and thats the one i used.

You need the "bldgprop_vol1.dat" file for the gazebo prop. There is a thread at SimTropolis that contains links to the Official Maxis files for those that are not product registered or that are MAC users. Here's the link: Maxis Files Thread. From there, you can access Zelgadis' site where he keeps the files.

Thanks Swamper77 your awesome.  Thats just what I needed. 

I have a registered copy and for some reason couldnt get that update in that post.  But got it now and not only got my gazebo but night lights too!!!
