Ok i know that this is a stuid question and it is probably easily fixed but, when i scroll my buildings dissapear, it started happening right after i got my new video card, I dont think it is the computer because i can run my 700,000 person city quickly so i dont know what the problem is can some 1 help me?

Hi, there are some useful programs which can you show, what type of hardware is installed on your computer.
Everest in one of them, it also shows you what kind of graphic card you have installed.
