Editing Transit Capacities in NAM question

I edited a previous version of NAM for transit capacities.  I would like to edit the current version to have the same values as the before.  I can't find the file to edit, can someone direct me to the right one?

Or, can I use the Better Pathfinding dat that I edited?

From time stamp of traffic plugin files, they have not been updated from old NAM. You can continue to use your traffic plugin without any problem, no need to edit a file again. Actually, I'm using my custom one from previous NAM.
