Yep I did them, they are actually very simple models, but they work well in the SC4 level of detail.

serebii666: I have made a little progress on it, but it's precisely that cupola that is holding me back, a little more complicated than I tought.

Finally, here's the complete model with textures, I still have to work on the inner courtyard though:
