About that BAT - it isn't mine. It is quite old and I vaguely remember it, but can't recall the creators nic. Perhaps someone could ask mightygoose (who displayed it in the unreleased BAT thread) who it is from?

Matt, I have a building I was wondering if you might be interested in making. You have a talent for twentieth century buildings and I have a special one (to me, anyway) in mind. Unfortunately, I don't have the best pictures of it but I do have floorplans and a few assorted old pictures. If you think you may have time to take on a small project, please let me know and I can share more with you.

I, too, have a request. The nature of this one is a little different, however.

Back in 2005, SimGoober released quite a lot of stuff. Among the items released was a Century movie theater. I used it very rarely, but it was still there.

Now that the Aurora shooting has etched that facade into the American conscience, I feel (at least on my end) that the continued use of this BAT is no longer appropriate. However, it was the only good suburban movieplex available for SC4.

My request is rather simple: choose another major (or minor) movie chain and make a movie theater BAT suitable to replace the Century one. Here are a few options to get you thinking:

AMC
Regal
Harkins (regional)

It also has a custom foundation, so can be placed on slopes (try to keep the oval area relatively flat  )

and while here, asking, do you know if the 'spar' model/lots will eventually make it to the LEX? as being larger may 'grow' up less frequent and thus a longer test period... just wondering
