I've been using the tutorial provided here on how to change the skin on an automata.  Well, I'm trying to work with an airplane.  I follow the instructions in the tutorial, but for some reason, more matter how hard I try, I always end up getting a completely white texture on my plane.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.  I'm editing my own texture into it, but the tutorial leads me to believe that's OK.  Can someone please, please, help me?  Thanks.

I forgot to add that whenever I try to load an .FSH file using FiSHMan, it doesn't load.  I always have to start a new FSH.  Then, when I import it into IliveReader, it looks fine, but it doesn't paste onto the plane....
