I believe WFK is for the Water Front Kit.
The parks look so much better when you have all the props.

There are two versions of the Pagoda Park. The original version which is the one that you have plopped in the bottom of the picture and the BSC Park one which is the one in the top set. If you look at the paths you can see the difference. Both parks require road access so should be placed at the road start of a park system.
The changing flowers are correct as they use a prop family for variety.

Thanks for the info, I might try the cleanitol thing next time, and yes I agree the parks look alot better now, in fact they are beautiful.
