Very nice TeaCat. Challenging city tile. You made quite a good place out of it!
I love that parralel way and indeed the trees make the place look great.
I also love the way you used Marrast's Embankments with a bit of algea.

Praiodan. I like the way you build in the last picure around the hil side with the communication tower on it. Big complements!

Here are some of my poorer suburbs. This is dedicated to TAG_One who inspired me to build something like Nieuwegein in the Netherlands:

Let's have a closer look at that busstop, once it probably was a great sight but now.....:



Somehow the Firestation of Porkie fits in well here.

Pity those great pubs give a high wealth road side.

Finally as you may have seen there are a lot of GLR in this part of town. And no GLR without marrast's station.

Alek & Metasmurf the apartment buildings are TAG_One's Hagestede complexes.
They are 2x3 R$ homes and house 83 residents. Zonwe low density for best result and buildoze a lot when the correct building does not grow 

Alfred.Jones the high wealth area is in fact a medium wealth but those homes do look like high wealth that's why I like them so much.
