Speaking from experience, that's a lot of green space for a commie neighbourhood, but those buildings and the photoshopping do give that commie feel

Why is it always raining in commie towns? Now have a look at the sunny images kodlovag provides!
But I must say the image is great. You have a very interesting and fitting selection of highrises.
These kinds of areas also exit in western (non commie) countries, as we all know if we are honest to ourselves.

My only real comment is on the lowrise streets. They are way to long. I'd suggest you split them up with a short perpendicular street now and then. maybe a small piece of grass, that's all.
