Farms don't last forever here. Eventually (sub)Urbanization comes into play. Out with the cows, in with the single family homes!

Oh this is quite relaistic, and btw one of your offramps is offsides (the EL MIS Ramp going back to the RHW) Great job on your Exurbs (I think tht's the name)  ::) :thumbsup:

It's going to be a tourist trap town like those out in the American Southwest, situated along a crossroads between two majour interstate highways. Simular to Demning, NM & San Berdoo, CA.
