Jon, you inspire me and at the same time make me want to quit BATting, heh heh. Your attention to detail is amazing as always, and I love the fact that you're going to do a roof garden. Every time you show an update, I think it could be ready for release, but each update always has something more. This will have a prominent place in Greenacre when the time comes. Also, thanks for the visual aid for the walls. I really need to get back to BATting on a regular basis. You keep giving me ideas. Looking forward to seeing the garden take shape, and also your method for populating it with plants.

OOhhhh! I get it now.  It looks very detailed.  I really like that rooftop trellis.  I am wondering- are you gonna draw your own trees or use cp or simgoober's?  I think that you should craft your own, and also include them as separate props.  But thats no request.  I am looking forward to you sculpting of the roof.

This just gets better and better. Love the railing above the door. Also appreciate the roof tute very much and enjoyed seeing the illustration of how you made the walls.

Pat:  Thanks!  I feel horrible for causing your death and I'll miss you terribly... but at the same time, I take comfort in knowing that you are now in a better place.  ;)

XiahouDun:  Thank you!

Earth Quake:  Thanks!

Alfred.Jones:  Thank you as well!

Robin:  Thanks!  Right now this is fast becoming the most frustrating holes I've ever dug myself into!    $%Grinno$%  But I think it will be one of my favorites when I get done, too.

Matt:  Thank you so much for the kind words.  It's very true, I could have called this finished about three updates ago, but NOOOOOO... I had to just keep right on going... :D  The plants will probably be the last thing I add... possibly even after the textures are finished.  Past experience with growing ivy on the university buildings has taught me that lag will become a big issue when the green thumb kicks in.

Edge:  Thank you!

Sciurus:  Thanks!

Sean:  Thank you!  Simgoober was kind enough to share some of his plant models a while back, so I will probably use those as a starting point... although they'll be heavily modified and edited by the time I'm done.  I doubt that I'll make separate props though for a couple reasons.  First, they'll be so customised to fit the various planter boxes that they really wouldn't fit many other applications.  Secondly, most of what I need will be flowers and shrub, of which we have so many good options already.  (CP... Simgoober... D66... MJB... just to name a few)

Joan:  Thank you!  I really liked the curved trellis when I saw it and figured that part defitinely needed to stay.

Thank you all for your kind words and support!  No new pictures today... I just wanted to catch up on some replies.  Time will be in pretty short supply this weekend so I doubt I'll have much worth showing until Monday to be honest.  In the meantime, since nobody else has said it and now that we're near the bottom anyway... welcome to page 100!!!  :D

There have been mentions several times that some content is DVD-exclusive... I guess now I know what one of those things is.
My days here are numbered. It's been great and I've had a lot of fun, but I've moved on to bigger and better things.

Hello JBSimio, Jack wilds here...

I'm really liking the developing structure and its details, the garden -its amazing...  how do you do it?  what design software do you use and does it have a steep learning curve?  I have alibre, design-cad/turbocadv14 and vector-works will any of these work?  where do I start in really learning to bat and is there an overview to the process and then rendering, converting then converting it to game play  -too many ()what() ... and by the way where is this building? did you find it on your journeys?  Sorry I missed the college/university poll I would have voted for U of WR, just because there is UW whitewater here.   ::)

Sorry for my ridiculously long disappearing act everyone... just to prove that I haven't completely abandonned the Hunter-Dulin Building:

Not a huge update in terms of looks, but all the little pieces for this roof garden are quite time consuming.  Little by little, I'm starting to get it pieced together though... ;)

Geez, I can't wait for this building! The anticipation won't stop building! However, I believe one shouldn't rush perfection, so don't rush this, okay?  ;)
