Xannepan's Gare du Nord

Hi everyone,

I have been experiencing difficulties with Xannepan's Gare du Nord. I installed it and all the named dependencies, but still something is missing:

This message only shows up when the gare is plopped. When i bulldoze it, save and enter the area again, it disappears

I scanned my plugins folder with SC4 Tool, which showed the following:


Well, what's the reason?

This problem has been brought up before, but wasnt solved (I dont think). This is the thread it was brought up in LINK and what your missing could be the Maxis buildings as props files either found here:

Also make sure you really do have the latest versions of the dependencies and make sure it is the Gare du Nord thats causeing the problem.

I can see no relationship between the image of the Gare du Nord and the Dependency Scanner image. Can you explain please?
