BSC Texture pack vol1 problem

I'm a bit perplexed by the fact that in  texture pack (BSC Textures Vol 01)  there are two smilingly identical overlay textures : 0x615fc000 and 0x615fe000, same goes for 0x615fc200 and it's would be logical counterpart 0x615fe200... I would expect them to be a mirror version of each other. That would be logical. But apparently they aren't... Or am I missing something? Some hotkey to mirror things in Lot Editor?
Or am I having somehow damaged dat file?

but still what is that purpose of those two seemingly identical pieces with different IDs?

Hm... not only stupid but apparently blind as well... sorry for bother... found the difference...

the left (one with ID0x615fc00x) has a border all the way along the left side. the other one doesn't...
