BSC Cleanitol Help...

I need some help using a Cleanitol (or Cleanitols) from BSC. You see is that I don't exactly know how to use them... How do they work?? Do you need a program to use them?? Any help is apreciated, and Thanks in advance...

Do Cleanitol files need an end-of-line (CR-LF) sequence at the end of the last line (like all other lines)?
Most don't have, but some few do. Is this a bug, or it doesn't matter?

I do not recall if it is needed or not, and looking at the sources code it does not seems to be
