From ages 1 to 40*, the education is at a fixed level, is there a way to improve this? View screenshot for more detail.

Make sure you've got elementary schools placed all around your city,
and that no residential areas are beyond their coverage radii.

Jaanuman

I looked at the placement, and even those within the radius of some schools are still showing red.. I suppose I could have schools at every other block, but the cost would skyrocket I would think.

Hi Jaanuman!  :) /waves.

Your sims need to have lived within the school coverage for several years before the education map goes green. I guess either your schools or the affected housing areas are relatively new.

If you want to see green you could always try and cover your residential areas with CSX Aldeburg Libraries and run the simulation for a decade or two.
