So far, so good. I think the LODs may be a bit off (it looks like the building is cut off in the first pic) but aisde from that, it is looking good. I like the architectural style.

When you preview render-Part of the BAT is cut off-Press reset LODs button on the preview render tab rollout.( i think)

So your going to add window frames,panes.etc?

Some suggestions make sure about the windows and door proportions to be "realistic possible" normally for Simcity 4 measures for a door is about 3-4 meters tall, and for windows maybe 1.5-2 meters and for an entire floor about 5 meters 

As for the roof skylights? is that right? or its a second floor? if it a skylights you can do the windows  a bit more smaller.

I think it needs more detail. You are definitely on the right track with textures, but you should make them darker. Also add stuff like Gutters and downspouts and what ever French houses have
