Restarting SC4

On the official site there is a link to the old SC4 page.  However Barby posted a link a few posts back to those files on the LEX: http://www.sc4devotion.com/SC4D_Maxis_files_EULA.html

One suggestion I would make is to write down everything you installed by type... ie Lot, Mod, Texture or Prop.  That way you can avoid reinstalling stuff you already have.  You will find that eventually you will get to a point where you can look at a dependency list and know you have everything on it.

Trust me, I've been there too.  I would be surprised if there were any users on here that hadn't rebuilt their plugins at least once.  I'm on my third proper rebuild and my second was what led to the dependency list.

i start being redundant, but what else can i say ... : THANKS for your very quick answers !
And Diggis, yes your suggestion is good, i've already started to write down what i've downloaded, but only for the props and mods, not for the simple bats.
