Not able to get church reward

I started a new region last week. When I started to play and got to 15000 pop in my two main city tiles [both now have 50k each] I noticed I still wasn't asked to  build a church. I am using CAM and the sea and airports that are uploaded here. I was using Peg's seaport before I downloaded what I needed to use your seaports and was in a different region and didn't have this problem. If you need more info about what is in my plugin folder or I have posted this problem in the wrong place please PM me.

Slimshady, I assume you are talking about the Maxis House of Worship? Take a look at this thread for a full list of requirements for rewards: How to Get Maxis Rewards

There are two ways of getting the first House of Worship,

Requirements:

•      R Capacity > 1400
•      Average Mayor Rating > 40

Mission:

•      8C143272  Hearse Mission - Get the Stiff to the Funeral

Make sure you have the correct requirements of the House of Worship. If that doesn't work, you could try to complete the Hearse Mission or try the 'You Don't Deserve It' cheat which unlocks all rewards.

I was getting worried that I might have downloaded something that might have blocked it from showing up. I forgot that I needed a decent mayor rating. lol

Now I know why it hasn't shown up yet. Thank you for helping and reminding me about that.
