Wow...great work so far.  I just spent the last 15 minutes or so going through the entire thread.  You seem to be coming along very well.  I really like the small warehouses.  We can never have enough variety there.
I'll try to follow this more closely in the future.

Maybe you could use a trick that I use at times, using posters on the floors. A trick learned by JBSimio.

I used it on the floors on the Eastgate Station.
