Hi everyone,

I'm Damien, 22 years old, living in France. Firstly, a vocabulary issue, I'd want to know what 'BSC' and 'LEX' do mean please, if anyone can tell me (sorry, as I'm French and as I don't know SC4 very well, I'm not used to these acronyms).

Now, my main question :

I used to play SC2K and I loved the following possibility : in the additional software 'SCURK', it was possible (apart from drawing new buildings) to create a city without paying attention to the game in itself/to the management of the city. This game mode was named "Place and print". Actually, you could place EVERY item available in SC2K, in particular the RCI buildings. There was no "real" game, it was like if the game was always on pause.

In SC3K Unlimited, such a game mode doesn't exist, but you can get around this deficiency by using a cheat code so as to get all the items available in the 'Monuments' section.

Of course, playing like this is not as funny and not as thrilling as playing the "real" game, but still, I like it all the same : for instance, you can place the -exact- apartment building you want where you want, you can choose precisely -this- shop and not this one to place next to the apartment building, and choose to put a field, a farm, a belvedere, a garage or a garden here or there.

I'm gonna buy SC4 today and I've heard about the possibility to change growable buildings into ploppable ones. How can I do that ? Knowing that when I play like this, I'll keep the game on pause to avoid problems. So, is it possible, as in SC3K Unlimited, to have all the ITEMS existing in the game available in ploppable version ?

Thank you every one !

Damien

EDIT : I'm sorry if I didn't post my message in the good part of the forum.

Hi wouanagaine, tu es français apparemment ?

Oui, oui, je sais que 'BSC' et 'LEX' sont des acronymes (je l'ai dit dans mon message), mais je voulais savoir ce qu'ils signifiaient exactement.

Yeah, I know these are acronyms (I mentioned that in my message), I just wanted to know what they exactly mean.

Place the SimCity 4 Extra Cheats Plugin.DLL file into your Progam Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.

When you have that DLL file in place, press CTRL-X in the game and right-click with the mouse in the text box that opens up.
That will reveal a list of all "cheat codes", and the one you want to use is BuildingPlop:
