Awesome pic! I like the use of the new sunken rail. Looking forward to a full update ;D

               Your friend,
                              Jordan
I'm the one who jumped across the Grand Canyon... and lived.

Great picture. The sunken rail looks perfect in this setting. And the selection of buildings is also good.

Unfortunately, as I am again constrained for time (I have to leave for work shortly...), I will hold off on individual replies for now, and just say again, thank you all so very much for your wonderful comments and support! Without all of you, Marathon would have never made it as far as it has, and I am so glad that, after two years, all of you still stick around to see what kind of nonsense I have to bring you! Thank you all again so much!

Speaking of thanks...it's a bit late, but to all of my friends here in the United States...

And for all my international friends...Happy (Belated) Thursday!

More from Marathon is on the way!

Take care,

It's not too late, Dustin - I'm still in a Tryptophan-induced coma myself.  I hope your Thanksgiving was awesome!

You've done an awesome job here in Marathon - why, if I was a Sim, I'd think living in Marathon was pretty swell.  I also like what you've done with the NWM and NOB's SLR there.

Keep up the awesome work!

Happy Thanksgiving thundercrack83 and everyone! Beautiful autumn picture with nice warm colors  I wish it still looked that warm here in South Dakota where I'm spending the holiday but the weather here still beats what I'll be dealing with next week when I return to Finland  :'(

i_love_lamp

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! And keep up the good work! Now if you exuse me, i need to go to the hospital to get my stomach pumped

Masochist

...And a happy (even more belated) Thanksgiving to you, as well :)!

Also, congrats on two years of Marathon!  I've enjoyed all 750-or-so days of it, too!  Here's to another 1000! &apls

Introducing the official Flag of the Commonwealth of Marathon!

More to come!

Sciurus

Wonderful map Dustin! &apls

And the flag... what can I say about it? $%Grinno$% Oh! A fleur de lys in the left corner... and blue... but what's this yellow? Why not bleu, blanc, rouge for your flag's coulours? ::) I joke of course, but I would be interested by eplainations about the coulours

Very nice map, Dustin. Marathon has quite an interesting location. The flag reminds me of the Ukrainian one a lot :P Hoping to see more soon!
Hoping you'll stop by Pirgos some day ::)

Nice flag and maps there Dustin. The flag reminds me of the French flags during the Middle Ages. Looks fine anyway with two nice colors. About the map the borders are looking great and not too straight, that's nice.

Take care,
-Arthur.

As said before, the flag is really good, and makes reference to Quebec's one according to me. Anyway it's well designed

Nice flag there Dustin! Looks very neat and professional.

puis-je détecter une influence française à Marathon? Toujours à la recherche de bons là-bas (PS, je suis entièrement utilisé un traducteur pour cela)

thundercrack83

Guillaume (Sciurus): Hi, my friend! I'm glad you like the flag! About the colors, I will have to delve into that at a later time, I think. Thanks for stopping by!

io_bg: Thank you so much, my friend! And don't worry, I've been following Pirgos in the background! Take care!

Arthur (art128): Thanks, Arthur!

Girafe: Hi! Thanks so much for your wonderful words, my friend!

Daryl (daryl4748): Thanks!

i_love_lamp:
Merci!

Working on another new project...

Still in the growing stages, as you can see. There will be a lot more to see very soon!

Stay tuned!

Looks a promising start to a new development. Nice textures on those paths and your seawalls look great at that elevation (I think I've been making mine raised to far above sea level because they certainly don't look as good). Well-made map and flag in the previous update as well

Hmmm, looks like the Sears (or Willis) Tower for me...  &Thk/(
