I admit that I didn't really follow Trieste (altough I have lurked  in there at times), but I promise that this time will be different.  This looks like a good start to a new MD.   Although I've never started one, I do feel that there is always an atmosphere of promise and excitement in a newly-started MD.  Those are some nice lots.  Did you make them yourself, warconstruct?
