Thanks Arthur, kimcar and Simpson!

I have some other things to care for right now, so this will continue a bit slower but will still go on.
So I textured and rendered the last one, to check how it would look and here it is:

The first two are from Bat and the last one from LE. This one will also come in various colors and in diagonal.

One question about that pic above... is the cobblestone a prop or is it an overlay texture?  Because there's a bug if you place overlay textures over transparent base textures that most people want to avoid!

Check out Abelfarei!

Thanks j-dub.

CabraBuitre: its overlay texture. But when I played with it in game things worked fine.  ??? Can you tell a bit more about the bug please?

EDIT: You were right on that.  :'( I was testing this thing and nothing came up, but after reading your post here, I couldnt leave it alone, so I went in-game again and try to think what I didnt do yet. Anyhow, to make "long" story short, the bug appears when going underground ("black hole" or "blue sky").  ()sad() So as far I see it there are only 3 options: 1st leave it as it is since the bug happends only when going underground and it is fine again if reloading the city afterwards; 2nd do paths in bat as a prop or 3rd re-lotting lots and include the base texture.  ???

Thanks Pat! Not yet, I am still thinking about what would be best to do. I think I will just do ones with textures and give the user the decision about which of them he/she wants to have. What do you guys think? ???

EDIT: In order to not double post I am simply editing this post again.

The packages now have two versions of the lots included:
-with transparent base
-with normal textured base
So the user may decide for himself/herself what version he/she would like.

@Lilojame If your concerned about the base texture, the default mud one probably could work here in this situation because usually I have seen plants at the park not growing out of the bare grass.
