All Jestarr Textures are Locked

What's going on? All of Jestarr's textures are locked. I'd love to use some of his work but with all textures locked, I guess I'm out of luck?

Anyone know what's up with this?

Come on, read the description it says they're "Superceded by BSC Textures Vol02" or 'Incorporated into BSC Textures Vol03"
