How to Get Maxis Rewards

This is interesting, but doesn't always match with my observations. I have a lot of changes (large plugins file) so it is possible that some other change has overwritten this in some way. I haven't made a real study of it, but for example I can query my radio station many times and it definitely NOT a random number linearly mapped from 0-48. It gives 0 a high percentage of the time, and other numbers very infrequently .. I've had 5 to 9, but never over 10. Also the stadia.. they seem to almost always give a number of 0 or 6 much beyond a "random" event would justify.

Its an interesting, though it seems inconsequential, thing.

Also it seems that many of the items are NOT "funsies". For example I'm pretty sure several are the mayor rating, or the education level, etc. I read with interest that the "airport use" numbers relate to connected commercial properties.. a fun tidbit that I didn't know..

Perhaps next time I'm in SC4 I'll poke around on this just to satisfy my curiousity.
