Crash on connecting Ardecila's El-Rail over road station(s)

I hope someone can help me - for some reason everytime I plop either Ardecila's beautiful Ashland or Madison And Wells stations and connect it, the game crashes to desktop. It only happens with these two stations. However in one game I did manage to connect the Madison And Wells one without a crash, though I don't know if there's some order of approach to this? Other El-Rail stations don't cause this (they're not built over roads either).

I use Datpacker, just to be on the safe side I renamed a directory zzzz_Ardecila and placed the lots therein. Any help? Any ideas? I can show an exception report though it's not telling me much.

Just to rule out the obvious... are you using puzzle pieces when connecting the stations?
If so, you should know that hovering any NAM puzzle piece over any transit enabled lot (e.g. stations through which you can drag a network) will lead to a CTD.

Ah! Okay! So that's it. Because in the mean time the same thing occured with the GLR...
