I was wondering is anyone could BAT this building

It's called "de Boekentoren", it is actually the library of the UG (University of Gent).
some background information: The tower was designed by Henry Van de Velde in 1934, in 1940 it was finished and opened. The tower itself is 64m highan is reffered to as: "Gent's fourth tower"
