Block All Maxis Mod

I'm having trouble getting the Block All Maxis Mod by Dusktrooper to function properly. The problem being that it doesn't block Maxis buildings from growing.

Are there any known plugins that this mod is incompatible with? It works when I remove my entire plugins folder, however before I attempt the arduous task of figuring out which file it is, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before and had success...

There is a BSC Block Maxis Mod that is available on the lex.

I found it works better than dusktroopers, plus its CAMpatiable

I have actually had the same problem with Dusktrooper's version. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It's kind of strange.
