Simgoober's Apartment Blocks EXE

Filejuicer messes up the file names from the EXE for Simgoober's Apartment Blocks

I get
SG_Install_Apartment Blocks[203426]-23.dat -- 28kb
SG_Install_Apartment Blocks[229486]-26.dat -- 20kb
SG_Install_Apartment Blocks[249121]-28.dat -- 984kb

For the sake of future updates, what should these file names be?
