Plugin Pack 808977061

I downloaded SimGoober's HiRise Pack.  While playing, the game informed me that Aramark wanted to build its HQ building (one of the buildings from SimGoober's pack).  It shows up as a Brown Box, so I know that I'm missing the dependency file.

According to the game, the missing file is "Plugin Pack 808977061", and the Readme file for SimGoober's pack says that I need "SG Models..."  I can't find anything resembling either of those file names on the boxes list.  Are they included as part of a specific Mod package?

(I hope I'm using the correct terminology here!)

It's listed in the dependancies of the SG HiRise pack I (the one with the Aramark building in it)

Thank you!   The file name was so similar to the original file I downloaded that I kept bypassing it.  I bet this will solve the problem.

It occurs to me that the number of that plugin may be the IID of the missing plgin, translated to decimal numbers. So with that in mind, the IID of the plugin you were missing may be 0x303802A5 - would that be a file in one of SG's residential model packs?

Good detective work, and you may be right.  I did try what the other poster said and it solved the problem, but I don't know what files were in the download.
