Dear Yan077

-No words to express my admiration for your work !!   Everything is absolutely U n b e l i a v a b l e , F a n t a s t i c , and so nice infront of my eyes.... It's seems to me like a card-postal.....C o n g r a t u l a t i o n s  !  .....keep on your amazing work , and count on me as one more fan of yours... I like a lot everything but especially i like your terraforming skills , which i dont dare to ask you , how you manage to terraform like this...I just guess its your talent that you have borned with it...
I also admire the custom content you have used ...everything is just the right one in the right place!....Really what is the sea-mode that you have used?  I like the colours , very realistic.. most important i would dare to ask is if Corsica is real ( of course i know that exists in Meditterenean sea) but have you followed real cities and terraforming in your work or just inspired?
..There are so many things i would like to ask but i dont dare...maybe at a next post , as i will always follow you.....C o n g r a t u l a t i o n s  once again!..

Wow, so much compliments,  I'm touched coming from a mediteranean citizen, I'm really touched my friend. There is so much beautiful island in Greece...Glad you like so much my work.
My city journal is just inspired by the real Corsica, I choose real names for my cities there is no recreation and every city is a pure fiction.
This is the water mod I used for my lats updates http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=22358
Thank you once again  ;)

Great teaser, Yan. I'm assuming that this is in southern Corsica, outside of Bunifazziu, no? I really like the variety of housing that we see in this picture. I see some modern villas, mediterranean houses, and more. I really like the walls along the road as it's heading down into the village as well.  :)

Dear Yan077

-Thanks so much for your answer and the link for the sea-mode.....you have touched me first!

may i dare to ask someth more?....what is that "brown" colour of land that you use very often in your terrain? ( for example in the last pic above)...is that a terrain-mode?

-Living by the Meditterenean sea , is always a great source of inspiration!  of course every place on Earth has it's own singular fascination , even all the places around Meditterenean sea arent the same..
Unfortunately i have never been abroad ( yes! afraid of planes  ()sad()) so i even dont know much about places around Medit'nean but i really love all this scenery with the traditional houses and people like Corsica . I suppose it looks like a lot with Southern Italy , and not so much with Greece.. Greece is a little different , and i suppose the biggest difference is the sea and the sun...there is a much more sun and light here and the sea lights under the sun...i can understand so , even from your pics from Corsica where the light isnt so bright..
-Mickebear's work really  opened a big window for all Meditterenean lovers  &apls &apls , and i think you have exploit his work with the best way!...wish he also could make some traditional little white Greek houses ( i think it's much more easier) like the ones we can see in the Greek islands....like this one Dedicated to you , my friend Yan  :)

Never found such houses into custom content ...any moderator interested? :)
For every friend of this community , do NOT forget to send me a p.m if ever visit Greece .

nedalezz

What an incredible teaser! I see new style of housing creeping into Corsica!
