absolutly stunning ! A really great sized and so realistic seaport ! (as usual coming from you :) )
The transition between the seaport and the low-density housing area is really great !!

Wow! What intelligent custom lotting you've been doing. And what a great port this is turning into. &apls

One suggestion: bulk harbour looks a bit clean, you might want to add "dirty" textures to those lots.
